What happens after I place an order?
When your order is placed on the web site, an email confirmation will be send to your personal mail account with the order details. This is confirmation that your order has successfully been placed. If there are any problems with your order, one of our customer service associates will contact you by phone or email.
What if I do not receive an order confirmation via e-mail?
You will receive an order confirmation message via e-mail shortly after receives your payments for order and another when it ships. Please make sure you provide the correct email address.
Can I change the delivery address?
You can change the delivery address during the checkout process by changing the shipping address. If the order is shipped, you are not able to change the shipping address, therefore, please make sure you are adding the correct address with valid phone number.
Can I cancel an order?
