UPON SHIPMENT YOU WILL RECEIVE EMAIL TRACKING NUMBER
· Please understand that we ship with dry ice, so product may be frozen and shipping will cost more, but your product will arrive with the flavor you expect.
· Our dry ice can cause items to reach temperatures / pressures so low that the product could break or the vacuum seal could come loose.
· Please feel free to enjoy your shipped food items knowing that each product is packed with vacuum seals inspected.
· We ship with enough dry ice to ensure freshness and use only the fastest shipping.
Ordering and Processing
Online orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at / polishfood.com. Orders can also be placed via phone Monday through Friday, 2 PM to 7 PM EST.
All items are shipped from our fulfillment center in Brooklyn, NY. Please note: for orders with perishable items, if your order cannot be guaranteed to arrive by Friday with your chosen delivery method, we will hold your order to ship on the following Monday to protect the quality of your products.

Shipping charges are based on shipping rates plus the cost of carefully packing your order.

Costs include those associated with the weight of products and required dry ice. USPS.com produces a live quote during checkout based on the destination zip code and weight of package.
Cooler and Ice Charge
Items incur an additional charge to guarantee perfect arrival. This might include specially insulated shippers, ice-gel packs or dry-ice to keep your items cold and delicious if necessary.
We will use plenty of dry ice with an insulated cooler – a packaging combination that will insure your products arrive frozen and in excellent condition.

3 Day Select – 3 business days*

* It takes a minimum of one full business day to receive and process your order. And required special notice during ordering process.
To guarantee delivery, we must have proper and complete addresses. Sorry, we cannot delivery to P.O. Boxes or A.P.O and F.P.O. addresses. We'll gladly deliver to rural routes with complete addresses and telephone numbers.
Due to import/export restrictions, we are unable to ship our products outside of the United States, including Canada, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands.
We do not ship any perishable products over the weekend or over major holidays
Our Shipping day is Monday, however, the shipping dates may vary depending on the peak times such as Christmas and Easter.

We will happily call you if you have ordered an out of stock item and recommend the substitute comparable products for any out of stock products in your order. If you choose not to have substitutions, we will process with your order without the out of stock item. You will be refunded for any products that are out of stock and not substituted.
